WHAT IS KIWANIS?
Kiwanis is an international organization
of volunteers dedicated to changing the
world one child and one community at a
time.
Each Club is chartered by Kiwanis
International which has over 600,000
members in 96 countries.
Our club has over 50 members dedicated
to making Tierrasanta and Murphy
Canyon a better place to live. Through
our fund raisers and service events we
return over $30,000 to the community
each year.
Kiwanis members are dedicated to
serving the children of the world, as well
as improving their local communities. A
portion of our quarterly dues funds
Kiwanis International objectives, such as
stamping out global Iodine Deficiency
Disorders.
Our Kiwanis Foundation provides college
scholarship awards to Serra High seniors
